　　医学论文撤稿多，殃及国家科技进步奖

　　前一段时间，中国医学类论文频频因学术造假遭国际期刊撤稿，对我国的科
研声誉造成极为恶劣的影响，各大网站甚至做出撤稿论文高校排行榜，一时间闹
得沸沸扬扬，更激起了网友对医生临床工作、科研及晋级的大讨论。但笔者认为，
无论从哪个角度出发，“诚信”，尤其是学术诚信，是科研工作者必须坚守的基
本原则，科学网在论科研诚信的重要性时说：“科学从来都是踩在前人肩膀上进
步的。看起来再微不足道的论文，也都将汇入科学发展的大潮，共同推进人类进
步。“千里之堤溃于蚁穴””如果让“不诚信”这污泥浊水混入科学的清流，将
对科学大厦造成不可挽回的破坏！习总书记说：国家一流，学术才能一流。这话
反之亦然，学术一流，国家也才能一流。如果科研工作者连最基本的学术诚信都
做不到，如何做到学术一流，在各行各业，各个领域，哪怕研究成果有一丝一毫
的造假，都会对我国造成不可挽回的损失！那么，试问，如何又能使国家一流？
如何实现“中国梦”？

　　一年一度的国家科技进步奖评审近期刚完成入选项目公示，笔者浏览各项目，
深深为我国在各种领域取得的种种突破和进步自豪，农、工、理、医各个学科全
面实现科技创新，既往获得过国家奖的项目，如动车组关键技术，水稻育种栽培
等世界领先的科技，也切切实实使国民提升了幸福指数，也印证了习书记所说：
“学术一流，国家也才能一流”。

　　但笔者也暗自担心，结合前段时间的撤稿事件，在代表我国最高等级的科技
奖励中，是否存在学术不诚信之辈？笔者简单对医学类内科组的评审项目进行了
完成人的学术诚信情况调查，利用全球撤稿查询数据库
（http://retractiondatabase.org/），查询相关完成人是否存在撤稿记录，结
果触目惊心，仅内科组33个项目中，就存在6个项目的完成人有撤稿记录，也就
是说，近20%的项目的参与人学术不端！外科组以及其他学科中，笔者不敢再进
行查询，这是代表我国最高等级科学技术奖励的奖项，在这里，竟然存在学术不
端之辈，这些进入中国顶级学术圈所谓“大咖”，到底科研实力如何？能否代表
我国的国家科技进步？我们无法想象，其它国家是否有学术不端记录的人也能问
鼎国家科技奖励？

　　最近的“中美贸易战”，使全国人民了解“芯片”技术对中国的重要性，也
让我国清醒，只有在关键领域掌握自主知识产权，才能在国家竞争中立于不败之
地！人们也不禁问道，如果10几年前的“汉芯事件”不是学术造假，而是踏踏实
实研制出中国自主知识产权的芯片，那现在的情况会不会不同？学术造假，使我
国丧失了大量赶超的机会，也让我国在国际竞争中处于劣势。

　　因此，笔者认为，科研工作者应该有更高的操守，中国梦的实现离不开科学
技术的进步，没有真实与诚信，所有科学俱为泡沫，没有科学，所有的理想皆为
幻想。

　　让我们拭目以待，最后这些人究竟多少人拿下国家科技进步奖？
