  王飞跃究竟是否造假

  读了作者“要证据不要抹黑文章”12月3日在新语丝上登载的文章“《王飞
跃至今还是美国大学教授》与事实相反”后,我发现王飞跃不仅不承认错误,而
且正在掩藏造假证据,并对发帖揭发他的人组织攻击。尽管王飞跃宣称不读新语
丝,但他对在新语丝上登载的文章非常在意。例如,若非王飞跃本人授意或提供
信息,“要证据不要抹黑文章”怎么能提供出新的网址(该网址宣称正在换服务
器)http://sie.engr.arizona.edu/templates/standard/index.php?ID=51)来
证明王飞跃博士已经不是该系的教授,并知道“该大学的phonebook里已经搜不
到王博士的信息”,“要证据不要抹黑文章”的言下之意是王飞跃没有作假,是
我在诬陷他。

  到现在为止(2011年12月3日),经Google或百度查询,能查到的基本上都
是University of Arizona的王飞跃,都能链接到
http://www.sie.arizona.edu/people.html,仍旧可以看到王飞跃至今还是 
University of Arizona,Department of Systems and Industrial 
Engineering的faculty member,也不知该网页还能保存多久,因此我特别将其

王飞跃的单位同样是把University of Arizona列为首要单位,中科院为第二单

  这样的情况还很多,在此就不一一列举。

  "王飞跃发表的许多英文文章,都将University of Arizona列为首要单位。
"一事,只要把王飞跃的英文文章找出来,就可以看到。估计王飞跃无法修改这
一事实。而且这些文章都不是“王博士离开美国大学前的和别人合作的文章”,
也不是“原文corresponding一作忘记修改affiliation”。王飞跃为了保住他在
University of Arizona的位置,做了许多手脚,发表论文把University of 
Arizona列为首要单位。该系列出的”Publication”,王飞跃几乎占了半壁江山,
贡献颇大。在网上能查到的最新年度是2005年
(http://www.sie.arizona.edu/publications.html),该系总共51篇Journal
文章,王飞跃署名的有25篇;总共40篇CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS文章,王飞跃署
名的有18篇。此外,建立University of Arizona和自动化所的联合研究中心,
邀请并安排University of Arizona的许多领导访华,为University of Arizona
在北京设办事处,等等。王飞跃所在的Department of Systems and Industrial 
Engineering at The University of Arizona在美国自动化学术界根本就没有知
名度,王飞跃竟然成了中国自动化界的掌舵人。此外,把文章署名当成投资是王
飞跃一贯的风格,新语丝就曾经揭露过王飞跃在许多文章上挂上国家自然科学基
金会自动化处处长王成红的名字,其目的就是为了让王成红给他及其同伙更多的
科研经费。看看王飞跃个人办了十几年的《Intelligent Control and 
Intelligent Automation》丛书和《International Journal of Intelligent 
Control and Systems》上发表的是些什么文章,也能看出王飞跃利用“在国际
学报和丛书上发表英文文章”来进行交易的卑鄙手段。

  至于王飞跃在美国办的私人公司一事,我将视时间发展情况,需要时把具体
细节披露出来。
